Herald-Leader political reporter makes debut on ‘Comment’; ‘KY Tonight’ will discuss gambling

Sam Youngman, the new political reporter for the Lexington Herald-Leader, will make his debut this weekend on “Comment on Kentucky,” a public affairs show of the Kentucky Educational Television network.

Other guests joining host Ferrell Wellman will be reporters Mike Wynn of The Courier-Journal, and Ronnie Ellis, with CNHI News Service.

The show will air live at 8 p.m. Friday.

On the Monday, Oct.28 edition of “Kentucky Tonight” at 8 p.m. on KET and at KET.org/live, host Bill Goodman and guests will discuss expanded gambling.

Scheduled guests are Kentucky Senate Majority Caucus Chair Dan Seum, R-Fairdale; state Rep. Tim Moore, R-Elizabethtown; Ed Glasscock, co-chair of Kentucky Wins; and Kent Ostrander, executive director of The Family Foundation of Kentucky
