This weekend’s “Comment on Kentucky” will discuss the legislative session in its final weeks and next year’s U.S. Senate race
Joining host Ferrell Wellman on the public affairs show of the Kentucky Educational Television network will be three journalists — Kenny Colston, Frankfort bureau chief for Kentucky Public Radio; Joe Gerth, political writer for The Courier-Journal; and Jack Brammer, political writer for the Lexington Herald-Leader.
The show will air live at 8 p.m. Friday on KET.
On Monday, Feb, 25, “Kentucky Tonight” will discuss public employee pensions at 8 p.m. on KET and at www.ket.org.
Joining host Bill Goodman will be Senate Majority Leader Damon Thayer, R-Georgetown; state Rep. Brent Yonts, D-Greenville, chair of the House State Government Committee; Bryan Sunderland, vice president of public affairs for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce; and Jason Bailey, director of the Kentucky Center for Economic Policy and Research, a member of the Kentucky Public Pension Coalition.
