Les Fugate, who was an assistant to former Secretary of State Trey Grayson and former executive director of the Center for Rural Development in Somerset, has joined a Louisville public relations firm.
Fugate is vice president of RunSwitchPR. The move became effective Tuesday.
Fugate will continue to represent clients he had with his strategic affairs firm, Fugate Strategic Affairs, including the Kentucky Beverage Association.
At the new firm, he will join veteran public consultants and advisors Steve Bryant, Scott Jennings and Gary Gerdemann.
