‘Comment’ guests announced; ‘KY Tonight’ will discuss meth bill
Joining guest host Bill Bryant on this weekend’s “Comment on Kentucky,” a public affairs show of the Kentucky Educational Television network, will be three reporters.
They are Cheryl Truman of the Lexington Herald-Leader, Amanda Van Benschoten of The Kentucky Enquirer and Tom Loftus of The Courier-Journal’s Frankfort bureau.
The show will be aired live at 8 p.m. ET Friday on KET1. It also will be broadcast at 6:30 a.m. Saturday on KET KY, 7:30 a.m. Sunday on KET KY, 12:30 p.m. Sunday on KET 1, 8 a.m. Monday on KET KY and 7:30 p.m. Monday on KET KY.
The regular guest host, Ferrell Wellman, is recuperating from a knee injury.
On the Monday, Feb. 28 edition of “Kentucky Tonight” at 8 p.m. ET on KET and at www.ket.org/live, host Bill Goodman and guests will discuss meth and pseudoephedrine.
Scheduled guests are state Rep. Linda Belcher, D-Shepherdsville; state Rep. David Floyd, R-Bardstown; Louisville Metro Police Sgt. Stanley Salyards and Daviess County Sheriff Keith Cain.
