James,

So your comfortable with the Attorney General taking money from utility companies and their attorneys, when the AG is supposed to represent the people against the utility companies? That is a text book definition of conflict of interest.

It would be no different than if Jack Conway was prosecuting a murder defendant and he took money from that defendants attorney. Are you ok with that?

OOOOOOPPPPS, I mean Conway had saved $100 Million in rate increases, not $100,000.

I do not want to pull a Mongardio!

Mongardio needs to learn the facts. I perfer to have a public offical who tells the truth not a lie!
The fact is the Public Service Commission approves rate increases, not the Attorney General. PSC members are appointed by the Governors Office. Mongardio is the Lt Governor and a member of the Governors cabinet.
The job of the Attorney General is to protect the interests of the public. Jack Conway has saved the people of Kentucky over $100,000 Million in rate increases in 2 years.
If Mongardio does not know how our State Government works, how in the world do we expect him to know how our countrys government works?
