This may prevent some instances of violence, but as a victim myself, I have learned that these perpetrators are psychopaths, and think as such. They can be very imaginative and creative, and if they want you dead, they can contract for your death.

It appears that members of the Senate, along with other caring individuals, are making some of the many needed changes in the proposed legislation, so there will be a meaningful law to prevent domestic violence. Safe guards are needed to protect the public from the likes of Stumbo.

I appreciate the Senate Judiciary chairmans hard work in taking this crap of a bill and trying to make it work. However, it is still unconstitutional.

Please King David, don’t let this bill hit the senate floor. All it is going to do is to waste money. There will be lawsuits as soon as its voted in.

Wasn’t there just an incident involving someone who cut off his tracking device with a knife? Unless these tracking devices are metal, I really don’t see how this will help all that much.
