This proposal is just another way of taking from the poor (After all they are the ones that local Sheriff’s pull over and charge with DUI especially in small counties. They know the people that didn’t vote for them and they make life hard for them anyway they can. The crimiinal justice system has enough fines and fees. A poor person is just screwed in this system. Mr. Rudy you are wrong on this one.
