Ha.... this is hilarious, John Rees accusing anyone of fraud! Let us examine what Aramark, Correct Care and CCA have shelled out to John Rees in his tenure, Rees would not promote staff that were not members of KCCD, created non merit jobs for his cronies. The truth is Rees is still around behind the scenes, he needs remedial training in ethics before he starts slinging mud.
