		<description>Are my words meaningless?  I said no ex post facto laws.  What about that is so hard to understand.

Smith v. Doe crossed the line, but at least still had heels on the line—it was arguable.  Restrictions on where one may live are not public protection; they are punitive.

Why is the public not outraged by this?  Because sex offenders are &quot;monsters&quot;?  Maybe some are, but what about those who pled to streaking in college?  Are they the kind of decadents we have to protect ourselves against?</description>
