I have seen fewer at the doctors office since the hini flu scare started. I figure people are afraid they will catch it there and are staying away which is good for the people who are really sick instead of wanting sympathy. For the vast majority, they have been forced to lay off staff because of funding issues. This bill will probably save some essential positions.
