Shae Hopkins will be new KET executive director
FRANKFORT — A familiar face at Kentucky Educational Television will replace the retiring Mac Wall as executive director of the Lexington-based network.
Shae Hopkins of Lexington, who has been KET’s executive director for education, programming and production, will take over for Wall, who said earlier this month that he will retire at the end of the year to spend more time with his family.
Tim Bischoff, KET’s director of communications, confirmed Hopkins’ promotion and said more information about it will be forthcoming Wednesday.
