Once again Rep. Robin Webb shows us that she is one tough woman. Her courage and tenacity should be an inspiration to all of us. To emerge from a violent relationship, crippling medical issues, crushing debt as a result of her illness, raising two children as a single parent is a testament to her strength and character. She is beloved in her hometown and in the halls of power in Frankfort. When people meet Robin they are immediately impressed with this tough, bright, funny,thoughtful and attractive legislator. I must confess the idea of Robin confronting David Williams about his conduct as President of the Senate, his commitment to keeping Kentucky poor, uneducated, and unhealthy is a fight I would pay to watch. Trust me, she is the one democrat in this state that can go toe to toe with Williams. He cannot intimidate her. He has never had to work with a woman like Robin. Robin will make us all proud and push the Senate to get this state moving again.

The over riding issue in this race will be slots. Looks like another loss for Governor Burns. Wonder if an R could take Robin’s House seat? DOUBLE OUCH!!
