This is a no brainer. Suspend the rules and get the work done. Rules are not more important than people, and those sticklers to the rules often have only their own selfish interest at heart rather than doing what is simply the right thing to do.
Caucus don't disappoint your constituents by being lazy. I think most of us are tired of lazy public officials that think thinks can wait or be postponed. The republicans postponed doing anything about the economy pretending there was nothing wrong 3 years when it had become evident that a negative trend was beginning. No more postponement, roll up your sleves, don't worry about the sweat ... and earn what we pay you. Call this a directive from those that voted you in ... "get the job done; fully done ... and don't waste time about it.

Gee! Kentucky should be very proud of the new "fair and balanced" leadership of the House! (Stumbo and the Kentucky Coal Lobby). The up and coming special session will be another waste of money, that Ky doesn't have. Increase the coal severance tax if you truly want to help Kentucky, not install slot machines!

I am sure another year to reform the unemployment law can wait, after all, it is only citizens losing out of benefits. Another great job
